We want you to be happy with QuickDecide. If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at info@trackdog.co.za with your order details. We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days.

Eligibility

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases of paid plans. If you have previously received a refund for a QuickDecide subscription, subsequent purchases may not be eligible for a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan. Cancellations made after the 30-day refund window are not eligible for a refund of fees already paid.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine to be abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of our Terms of Service. We also reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time; changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
